Have You Been Mis-sold Your Pension via SIPP or Final Salary Transfer?

Does this sound familiar?

It may have started with a cold call or an internet enquiry.
Maybe the next thing a salesperson was in your house, or perhaps someone was knocking on your door with documents for you to sign.

You might have been told this was the best thing you could do for your pension. That your pension would be better off in a SIPP.
That you should transfer your pension.

Whoever you dealt with may have come across as a professional, giving you no reason to doubt the advice and information you received. So it’s understandable if you felt like you could trust all the parties involved in the transfer of your SIPP.

But now you may know or suspect that something is not right with the SIPP.

Do any of the following apply to you?

  • You can’t access your pension money from the SIPP
  • You have lost some or most of your pension fund
  • You want to get out of the high-risk unregulated investment but can’t
  • You wonder what has happened to your SIPP

If so, you may have been mis-sold and like the thousands of people that have been through exactly the same – you may be able to claim compensation.
