The Silent Scandal of Armed Forces Pension Scheme Transfers

Pension Claim Consulting are tired of the silence surrounding the massive injustice that Armed Forces Pension Scheme members have faced, by effectively being conned into transferring away from their “Gold Standard” Pension Scheme.

Thousands of ex-military personnel had dealings with CI Associates, also known as Caledonian or Dave Clarke and transferred their Armed Forces Pension. The vast majority of these Armed Forces pensions were split between Carey Pensions now known as Options UK LLP and Harbour Pensions now known as STM Malta Pension Services Limited.

In our experience most, if not all of these transfers were not in the best interests of the individual; leaving most with large financial losses and trapped in unsuitable investments.

We are dealing with hundreds of Veterans who have sadly been affected by this disgraceful act of deceit whereby they were misled into believing they were receiving genuine advice and that it was in their best interests to transfer their pension. This regrettably was not the case.

But yet details of this immoral widespread scam appear to have consistently remained under the radar, only brought to the forefront by Veteran communities and companies such as ourselves that refuse to only act as representatives for claims. We can empathise with each individual’s personal situation who we assist – and therefore are more driven, always striving to go above and beyond wherever we can.

We have been carrying out investigations from information we hold collectively and what we need now are statements from as many people who had dealings with CI Associates, Caledonian or Dave Clark who transferred their Armed Forces Pension as a result of these dealings.

What are we trying to achieve?

We are endeavouring to demonstrate and expose the severity of this scandal; in the anticipation this will impact the relevant Ombudsman and Governing Bodies into doing more. If you have been affected by this gross injustice, we need your side of the story so we can present the scale of the scandal and in our opinion the severity of the gross misconduct and negligence.
