We are located in Dronfield, North Derbyshire, although our clients live throughout the UK, with many overseas too.
Established in 2015 Pension Claim Consulting was initially a two-woman operation headed by Managing Director Sarah Stokes, an experienced financial adviser, and Manager Zoe Pearson whose background in financial services helped cement the foundations of PCC.
Our team may have expanded a lot since then, but our mission is still the same – to deliver a high-quality claims service that will fight to win back the maximum amount of compensation available to our clients.
We know how devasting pension mis-selling can be. To discover that someone may have intentionally misled you to invest or your trusted financial adviser made a bad recommendation regarding your pension for which you are now paying the price, is distressing and frustrating at best.
It’s our aim from the moment you become our client that you feel that you don’t have to worry about your mis-sold claim because it is in safe hands.

We also want you to know that any time you have a question or concern about your claim or anything related to it that you can always get in touch and talk to us.

Also, because we only specialise in mis-sold SIPP and pension mis-selling claims we have created a working knowledge of what to look for and how to interpret the rules in terms of whether they support a mis-selling claim.
Our service will ensure we get all the right paperwork, find the evidence required and present the best claim possible in relation to the rules and regulations and how you may have been mis-sold.

You are not required to use our services to pursue your claim. You can also seek further advice or shop around subject to any time limits within which a claim must be made.
It is possible for you to present the claim for free, either to the firm or person against whom you wish to complain or to the statutory ombudsman (Financial Ombudsman Service or Pension Ombudsman Service) or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, whichever is applicable to your claim.
