Mis-sold financial advice is one of the most common factors involved in pension mis-selling and examining the advice you received is the first step in assessing if you have a case.
The advice you receive regarding a financial product, such as a pension transfer or SIPP, must be conducted in a fair way that is not misleading.
The answers to these questions could indicate you have been mis-sold and mean you should be exploring making a claim.
If you are worried that the advice you received may mean you’ve been mis-sold – we may be able to help.
We offer a free no obligation consultation.
