Spires Independent Ltd trading as Paladin and Tony Castrey Wealth Management were based in Staffordshire.
The FSCS declared the firm had “failed” as of the 1st of November 2021.
A declaration of default is made when the FSCS is satisfied the firm cannot meet any eligible claims made against it.
The FCA register states that Spires Independent entered liquidation in August 2021 and stopped taking on new business.
