PH7 Wealth Management Ltd was declared in default (failed) by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme in April 2024.

It was formerly known as The Pension Place Ltd and also traded as PH7 Mortgages and PH7 Insurance Brokers.

According to reports, the FSCS declared default after upholding one complaint against the firm in relation to SIPP advice.

PH7 Wealth Management Ltd hasn’t been authorised by the FCA since December 2022 and was dissolved in October 2023.

PH7 Wealth Management Ltd – FSCS Claims

The FSCS will now handle any eligible claims against PH7 Wealth Management Ltd.

There are limits to how much compensation the FSCS can award. Currently the cap is £85k per eligible person, per firm. The amount of compensation will also depend on when and how you were mis-sold.
