Why are you calling me?

Why can't I do this online or via email?

Legally we cannot continue your pension claim without speaking to you first – in order for Pension Claim Consulting to act on your behalf we need to get further information from you.

What if I don't take the call?

To put it simply, if we can’t talk to you, we can’t start your pension claim or investigation. Pension Claim Consulting will be unable to reclaim the £1000s which you have lost.

What do I need to prepare for the next steps?

Any documents or statements pertaining to your pension, investment or transfer would be useful to have – however, it is not essential at this stage of the claim.

Cancellation Fees

Successful claims made through Pension Claim Consulting Ltd are subject to the Success Fee, charged at 18% Inclusive of VAT of any monies awarded to the claim. You have a 14 day Cooling off period during which time you may cancel at any time without charge. At the point of us submitting a claim a cancellation will result in the application of the Cancellation Fee. See our Client Agreement for details.
