Want To Know If You Are Eligible To Claim For a Mis-sold Pension?

Here’s an Easy Way To Check If You Were Given Bad Pension Advice & Could Be Entitled To Compensation

Who Can Claim For a Mis-Sold Pension?

This is for anyone who transferred their pension out of one scheme to another in the last 8 years, before retirement age or into an alternative investment such as storage pods, fuels, hotels, parking spaces, resorts abroad etc. Mis-sold pension products vary, so if you’ve lost money it’s worth checking if you are able to get compensation.

As much as we’d love to help, this is not for anyone already drawing down from their pension or looking to trace an old work pension from 20 years ago.

 This Is Important

There are thousands of pension savers who were taken advantage of by unethical sales practices, offering all kinds of incentives to transfer their pensions, including cash offers. They were promised high returns and that everything was above board with HMRC.

Some people were told they are transferring into robust, high-return investments, others told “selling” their pensions altogether, and last but not least, sold on the idea that early pension release was legal.

The result is lost money and a mis-sold pension scam which is keeping the FSCS busy with 44% of their overall complaints.

We can investigate whether you have a claim if you were offered the following:

  • Early Pension Release Service (via Ads or Cold Call)
  • Cash Incentive To Invest
  • To Sell Your Pension
  • A High-Risk Alternative Investment and Lost Money or Received a HMRC Unauthorised Tax Bill

We Don’t Work For HMRC, FSCS or FOS

Why are we telling you that?

A number of successful claimants have told us they were hesitant to contact us at first because they were either embarrassed or afraid to, for fear of getting into some sort of legal trouble or reported to HMRC.

Let’s make one thing clear, you may have been taken advantage of – end of. It’s not your fault because scammers used confusing jargon and pension ‘loopholes’ to their advantage.

Rest assured, we are here to help and work for YOU. We’ve got your back and we can help fix up the mess before any surprises.

Confusion and Tricks

If you have no idea what’s happened to your pension, not getting straight answers or confusing statements – there’s a reason for it.

The “investment” companies set it up and traded that way on purpose. We’ve seen all the tricks. Show us all their documents and letters and we’ll show you the potential claim – even if they are no longer trading.

You are legally entitled to claim compensation for your losses if you invested in a high-risk pension scheme but were unaware of the consequences or were not given the correct support by your financial adviser.

You’re In Good Hands

Thousands of people, just like you, have successfully taken legal action and claiming compensation against their financial advisers after losing savings through a mis-sold pension.

We submit watertight claims! We have lost one case in three years.

Everything and More

If you decide to make a claim through us, we aim to recover 100% of any monies. We don’t stop there, we claim for any lost interest and growth on top.

No Upfront Costs

The Pension Claim Check is a free, standalone service. Should you then pursue a mis-sold claim, we work on a “no fee unless we win” basis. Our fee of 15% + VAT (one of the lowest in the industry) of the total redress offered in compensation is only payable if your claim is successful. That means if we don’t recover you anything, you don’t pay us a penny.

You are not required to use our services to pursue your claim.  You can also seek further advice or shop around.

It is possible for you to present the claim for free, either to the firm or person against whom you wish to complain or to the statutory ombudsman (Financial Ombudsman Service or Pension Ombudsman Service) or the Financial Compensation Scheme, whichever is applicable to your claim.
