About Pension Claim Consulting

We are best known as mis-sold pensions specialists.  Pension Claim Consulting is one of the UK’s leading mis-sold pensions claims management companies.

Our offices are located in Dronfield, North East Derbyshire, although our clients live throughout the UK, with many overseas too. We have helped thousands of customers with their mis-sold pensions.

Established in 2015, Pension Claim Consulting was initially a two-woman operation. Headed by Managing Director Sarah Stokes, an experienced financial adviser, and Manager Zoe Pearson.  Zoe, whose background was in financial services, helped cement the foundations of Pension Claim Consulting.

Our team may have expanded a lot since then.  But our mission is still the same – to deliver a high-quality claims service.  We will fight to win back the maximum compensation available to our clients.

Mis-sold Pensions and Our Service to you…

Pension Claim Consulting has two main beliefs.  Firstly, is that our clients should be awarded the highest amount of compensation possible from a mis-sold pension claim.

That’s why we keep our fees to a minimum, just 15%+VAT on the total amount of compensation awarded.  On a no win, no fee basis.  We have also capped our fees at £7,500+VAT.  This means you know at the outset the maximum amount we will charge if your compensation claim exceeds £50,000.

Secondly, we believe in providing a service that focuses on good consumer outcomes.  We build strong relationships with our clients, making the process of claiming compensation as easy as possible. All of the Pension Claim Consulting team are mis-sold pension specialists, rather than a ‘general claims manager’. They will provide you with regular updates, provide support as and when needed, and most importantly put your best interests first.

We realise that not everybody is in a position to facilitate their own mis-sold pension claim.  So, within our team we have highly trained claims managers to assist elderly and vulnerable clients. Or nominated family members or carers should it be appropriate.

Our Initial Consultation

We are happy to provide free advice to prospective clients to help them figure out if they have a case. This is so they can make an informed decision before making a claim.

Our initial consultations usually take around 15 to 30 minutes to establish if you may have a case. We will discuss what options are available to you should you wish to pursue a claim.

And if you decide you would like to use our service to handle your case, you’ll be asked for a little more information. This is so we can begin our investigation and ascertain that a claim can be made.
